2. Location Accuracy: The Tool provides approximate locations of hydrants, but we cannot guarantee their exact coordinates or positions. Hydrant locations may vary from the information provided in the Tool.
3. Address Accuracy: Addresses associated with hydrants and notifications displayed in the Tool are provided for general reference purposes only. We cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of these addresses or their relevance to specific situations.
4. Map Data Disclaimer: Both the 3D map and the street view map within the Tool may be out of date. These maps are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect current conditions or changes in the environment.
5. Not for First Responders: The Tool, in its free form, is not intended for use by first responders during emergency situations. It is designed for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a primary resource for emergency response.
6. Limited Liability: Rapid Response Co will not be responsible for any claims, damages, costs, or losses resulting from the use of the Tool, including but not limited to inaccuracies in hydrant locations, address information, or outdated map data.
7. User Responsibility: Users of the Tool are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of hydrant locations, address information, and map data obtained through the Tool before taking any actions based on that information.
8. Use of Alternative Resources: First responders and emergency personnel should use official and verified resources provided by their respective agencies or organizations for critical information during emergency situations.
